What?  Ty Segall starred in a Laguna Beach parody with his band Epsilons (and Mikal Cronin).  5 Years ago. 

Sharon Van Etten covered Fine Young Cannibals “She Drives Me Crazy” for A.V. Club this week.  The song takes on a whole new level of power with her folky man-ish vocals in this ballad version.  And it’s beautiful.  But I also forgot just how awesome the original version is.

I love this song but the video gives me agita

Mr. Dream’s Fatherland ep release last night at Mercury with Hunters was great.  Still crushing on them. 

I love every single song on Household’s bandcamp page. They’re like a more post-punk Vivian Girls that’s Breeders-esque.
